We will make service calls after the travel date to ensure that both parties were happy or will take the role of mediators in the unlikely event of a problem. For those customers who are not aware of this industry, especially where multiple coaches are to be hired, it can be a bit of a ‘minefield’ and disasters do occur from time to time, even with the most reliable of Operators. When a disaster does happen, most clients are unaware of how to deal with these situations and generally their trip will result in disappointment.
